Q. What does Kelley Home Services do?

We categorize our services to your residential home in 4 pillars:

  2. Custom Homes & Renovations
  3. Fire, Water, Storm Damage
  4. General Construction such as siding, decks, garages, compost bins, windows and doors.

Not sure which pillar your job falls into? Contact us, and let's talk about your home.

Q. How long have you been in business?

Kelley Home Services has been serving Gig Harbor and the surrounding communities since 2000.

Our crew averages over 14 years of trade experience. During that time we have developed time-tested techniques and professional associations that allow us to provide consistent, high quality results, with excellent customer satisfaction.

We are properly licensed, bonded, and insured. We have not had a liability claim or any other claim or complaint filed against our company. We believe this is a credit to a customer service oriented attitude to address any concerns when they arise, and to act with integrity. We are proud of our crew, our product, and our history.

Q. Do you take on big jobs, or small jobs?

While the majority of our projects are mid to large scale, we make every effort to fit in small projects and service calls whenever possible; especially for existing customers.

Q. I am thinking about building / remodeling my home. How far in advance should I start the planning process?

We typically need two to six months to plan (depending on the time of year) for a large renovation or building project. Smaller remodels such as a kitchen or bath are typically six to eight weeks of lead time in winter, and can be up to six months in summer.

Q. Will you work with our insurance company to re-build / repair our home?

Yes, as long as our availability matches your timeline, and your insurance company is willing to work with us in ensuring the repair is done correctly. We will review your adjuster's claim cost analysis and attempt to negotiate a fair and realistic scope / cost scenario for you.

We work for you, not your insurance company.
