Our first exposure to Pat and his team was about 6 years ago when we had a bathroom that needed a ceiling fan. We had other folks come out to take a look at the job and said it couldn't be done because of the wiring difficulties. Pat came out and sized up the situation and said that although it wouldn't be easy it could be done and proceeded to do a fabulous job in getting the fan in, and in the location that we had wanted it. Last year we decided to do a bit of kitchen renovation in expanding an existing island to include a bump-up bar which included a tiled granite top, installing a new gas cook top and the installation of pendant lighting over the island. We could not have been more thrilled with how it all turned out and working with Pat and his crew was again a wonderful experience. Kelley Home Services is a very professional yet personal group of people to work with. We would not hesitate to recommend Pat and his team to anyone and will definitely plan to use them again for any future work we need!

The project was completed on time and on budget, a refreshing fact given todays over-priced and over-budget construction contracts. From concept to completion, Pat Kelley and his crew were punctual, unobtrusive, tidy, skillful and dependable. Whereas our first experiences with them were with handyman type chores, in the last six months they have transformed our home with new kitchen and bath countertops, appliances, fixtures and painting, with window and skylight replacement on order. We had been holding off finishing our 'roughed-in bathroom' for considerable time. It was in fact, my retirement project to be. Somehow we always shied away from having unknown people 'mess' around in our house. But then, long after we had made the acquaintance with Pat and Lory thru our local church, we found out, that Pat was in the home remodeling and construction business and we decided to take our chances with Pat's 'Kelley Home Services'. We never regretted doing so; from the first of Pat's 'estimating' visit to the final 'check-out', we were highly impressed by Pat and his capable crew and their professional 'no-pressure' approach to the job at hand.
