The best decision we made when we decided to build our home was when we chose you for our contractor. We started talking to you almost 2 years ago when it was just an idea and you have been here every step of the way...from picking out the lot, financing, and plans to permits and construction. We appreciated your experienced guidance throughout the entire process. We couldn't be happier in our new house!
We were so impressed with all of the people who worked on our house, not only their craftmanship byt also their character. Whenever we stopped by (which as you know was often!) they were always willing to answer our questions (which as you know we had a lot of!)
We can't thank you enough for all you have done for us. We are constantly telling people about the amazing work you do and how our hose was finished early and under budget. It is our hope that someday we can refer our friends and family to you. We can't wait to work with you again down the line when we are ready to build a shop out back! Thanks for everything-you really are the best!

Thanks Pat, it started with just an idea. Pat walked me through the whole thing from planning, drawings, permits and finally building the addition to our bedroom. Mind you it is not big @ 400 squarefeet, but how it would all connect to the existing walls, roof and floor was a job well done. The addition looks like it has always been a part of the house. With all the same type of siding, trims and finishing, all in just under a few weeks which seems like a flash.
I am so happy with the whole project as is my family too. We owe Pat dinner and hopefully soon ... Thanks Kelley Home Services, Pat and family now I'm sleeping like a baby again in what he had helped plan and built for us.
